Cooking Classes?

Cooking Classes; Something to Think About

For sometime now I have been thinking about doing cooking classes with friends.  Easy meals, entertaining ideas, food in jars and even dad friendly freezer meals (all dad has to do it take it out of the freezer and bake).  I just need a little feedback from friends who might be interested in attending. 

Cost?

Pricing for the classes would vary.  It would depend on what is being made.  How much is to much for a class?  I want to make them fun, serve food and wine durning class.  But that can get spendy.  Most classes you would leave with something.  Canned jams or sauces, dinner ready for the oven or sauce pan, dinner ready to go in your freezer.

When and Where?

Once a month?  Twice a month?  Once a month with dinner ideas and once a month with dessert or canning?  Private events for baby showers where the mom to be goes home and fills up her freezer with dinners.  I just don't know what people are up for.  For now the classes would be in Wenatchee.  Would weeknight, Saturdays or Sundays be better?
